Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, please state your preferred replacement in your request.
Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
